All Sportrock facilities offer a cardio and fitness area with cardio and weight machines, free weights and campus boards. In addition, weekly fitness classes are offered free of charge to members and included in our $18 day pass for guests.

Sportrock offers a variety of yoga classes from Vinyasa Flow to Hatha and Power Yoga. Classes are offered at different times throughout the week and are taught in our Yoga studio by certified, hand selected instructors.

Get Fit, Have Fun – getting upside down gets it done! This dynamic class is focused on building Balance, Strength and Mobility throughout your entire body. Handstands and climbing are a perfect complement to one another. A properly performed handstand will engage nearly all of your muscles from the fingertips to toes with a focus on the core, wrists, shoulders and hips. Additionally, you will be stretching the areas which get tight from climbing and strengthening the opposing muscle groups.
